The privacy of our clients is extremely important to us. Attorneys are required to keep all information given to us by clients in the strictest confidence. Protecting the privacy of our clients is an integral part of our commitment to providing them with the finest service possible.

What type of information do we collect? In the course of working with a client, we may obtain nonpublic personal information about them. Such information
may be collected in the following ways, depending on the service or services being provided: directly from clients during meetings, phone calls, correspondence, etc.; from forms our clients complete or from forms we complete on their behalves; and from transactions with us, affiliates, or others.

To whom do we disclose this information? It is our policy to never disclose information about our clients other than our past or present representation of them
to anyone unless the disclosure is necessary to conduct our business and is permitted or required by law or permitted by the client. For example, office staff may have access to client files in order to carry out instructions of our attorneys. Another example is when clients specifically consent to disclosure, such as when an expert is hired to prepare a report on the client’s behalf.

How do we protect the privacy of our clients? Client information, other than the fact of our past or present representation of the Client, is disclosed to employees or others only on a “need to know” basis. Information is never gratuitously disseminated. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards
to protect client information. Information is protected even after the attorney client relationship has ended.

whether for the same or other matter, and whether with the same or other parties or business entity, shall be billed at the consulting attorney’s hourly rate.
Fees must be paid at the end of the consultation unless payment arrangements are made in advance. No further attorney-client relationship is established until mutually agreed to by the attorney and client in writing and any initially required retainer fee or flat fee is paid.
